1. The main objective of this project would be, testing our artistic ability. Can we draw hands on a background? My answer to that, is test! I am very happy with my project and I think it's perfect. I would definitely like to do this again, but change it up.
2. We definitely used line and color. The color pops out from the background and a person can easily identify the lines that were being used throughout the entire project.
3. We used the lines to create the hands and the outline of the background. Then the color was used to pop the background and add contrast. The background that I used was Palestine's flag and it was repeated 5 times throughout the poster.
4. I choose my Palestinian background, because I wanted to make sure I keep in touch with my history. Palestine means the world to me and I'm just trying to incorporate Palestine with every project that I do in art.
5. My favorite part would be the coloring. It was very easy and I enjoyed it a lot. The only hard part of coloring, was the pressing down to make the color darker. The side of my hand started to hurt every time I would press harder and harder.
6. My least favorite part, would probably be the tracing. It was very hard tracing the hands underneath the poster. Sometimes the lighting didn't work or the hand would move from underneath. This was probably the most difficult part of the entire project.
7. The only main problem that I had, was the tracing. Like I said in 6, it was difficult with the lighting or the hand moving. When I was tracing a hand, it completely got messed up and then I had to draw it over. Basically I had to redraw it on the poster.
8. I just redrew it on the poster again. It didn't look exactly like the original, but I'm still proud of it.
9. I would defiantly keep the background, but I would change some of the hands. I made 2 of the 8 hands very personal and I would make the other 6 hands more personal as well.
